Step 2: Enter Your Delivery Email

After selecting the product, you'll be prompted to enter your delivery email. This is where we send the redemption code or confirmation. Use an email you check regularly—Gmail, Outlook, or QQ Mail all work. Double-check for typos; a wrong email means delayed delivery. If you're buying for a friend, enter their email or yours and forward the code. We do not store emails after delivery.

The address is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't send within that window, the order expires and you'll need to start over.

Step 5: Send the Exact Amount from Your Wallet

Open your USDT wallet (e.g., Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Binance, or any exchange that supports withdrawals). Send the exact amount shown on the order screen to the deposit address. Do not send less or more—partial payments are not credited automatically and require manual intervention. If your wallet charges a network fee, make sure you have enough USDT to cover both the payment and the fee. For example, if you need to send 14.50 USDT and the network fee is 1.5 USDT, your wallet balance must be at least 16 USDT.

After sending, copy the transaction hash (TXID) from your wallet. You'll need it to track the transaction on a blockchain explorer. For TRC20, use [tronscan.org](https://tronscan.org); for ERC20, use [Etherscan.io](https://Etherscan.io). Paste your TXID into the explorer to see the status. A successful transaction shows "Confirmed" after 1-3 minutes (TRC20) or 5-15 minutes (ERC20).

Step 6: Wait for Confirmation

The order status changes from "Pending Payment" to "Processing" within 1-3 minutes after confirmation. During peak hours (Chinese evenings, 8-11 PM CST), processing may take up to 5 minutes. Step 7: Receive Your Delivery

After processing, you'll receive an email with your redemption code or a direct top-up confirmation. For WeChat and QQ Coin, you'll get a code that you redeem in the app. For Bilibili, Tencent Video, and NetEase Cloud Music, the code is typically a string of numbers and letters.
